Online courses:

The full course value can be refunded within a week of subscription if the course has not started. If the course starts, the value cannot be refunded.


In-person courses:

5 days before the start of the course, the full course price can be refunded

3 days before the start of the course, 50% of the course value can be refunded. Less than 3 days, the course value cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • If the defect or error is on the part of the store, the store will bear the return fees, and in other cases the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, exchange or return.
